A little help to get you started!

To help you do your assignments, i am going to take you through what i want from each assignment.
 
Paper:
Introduction Paragraph: State what type of yoga you think best fits you.  Talk about the history of this yoga.
Body Paragraph: Talk about the methods of this yoga.  What can it do for you body? Your mind?How can it help your health?
Conclusion Paragraph: State why you think this type of yoga fits you.  And what do you like most about this yoga?

Resource page: Site all websites you used while writing your paper.

Poster Board:
There are many ways your group can go about doing your poster board.  I want you guys to be creative with it and make it your own. You don't need a lot of words, just make the descriptions of the poses brief and simple.  There are no set guidelines just have fun with it.  Make sure to include Title, at least 5 pictures of poses, and a description of the poses.
